Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and like you're part of our family. We value the personal connection with each of our patients and aim to provide true continuity of care. HEALTH INSURANCE

Most UK insurance companies do not cover GP consultation fees, although some do cover specialist fees for referrals and investigations such as blood tests. We recommend that you check with your insurer before booking an appointment or starting any treatment you wish to claim.

If the patient’s fees are to be covered by private medical insurance, payment must be made upfront to the Clinic. It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Patients should thoroughly review the terms of their insurance policy and confirm with their insurer whether their treatment will be covered. Regardless of the situation, patients are responsible for paying for their treatment.
